On Tuesday, May 18, 11:00 till 13:30 (10:00-12:30 Polish time) information event devoted to safe tourism in mountain regions and improvement of rescuers operation in the high mountain area with the procured equipment and establishment of International Training Center for rescuers under the project of Cross- Border Cooperation Programme Poland-Belarus-Ukraine 2014-2020 “Adaptation of the former observatory on Mountain Pip Ivan to the needs of the high-altitude rescue training center (PIMReC)”will be held.
As summer season is close, the participants of the meeting will get to know about the main rules for behavior in case of emergency situations, principles of arrangement and conducting of mountain hiking, as well as following main safety rules for tourists in the mountains. Besides, the students will become aware of interaction between the rescue agencies of Ukraine and Poland.
